Globe
Teck prohibits our customers from creating unlawful, rude and obscene content
using any of our services including Live Broadcast Streaming and Web Hosting.
Any content that violates any state law is prohibited. Content that may lead to
prosecution of U.S. Federal Authorities is prohibited.
Any
Globe Teck customer that disregards or violates the Terms of Service will cause
an immediate disruption in their service(s).
2.
Globe Teck is not responsible for the content published on any of our customers’
website(s).
All
proposals given by Globe Teck to a customer for Web Hosting and Live Streaming
will only be valid for 10 days.
Globe
Teck reserves the right to change price, modify Bandwidth and make
administrative changes to Publishing Points and Web Hosting accounts with
notice.
Changes can be made to all customer accounts after the point of the expiration
date.
3.
Minimum PC requirements for live broadcast streaming must be met before Globe
Teck customer service department can provide any customer with telephone tech
support.
Customers may contact our Support Department for further specifications.
4.
Customers are prohibited from broadcasting from unregistered publishing points
using Globe Teck’s delivery of Internet Broadcast Streaming. Doing so violates
the Terms of Service and will cause an immediate disruption of live streaming
service and be discontinued without refund.

Globe Teck prohibits resale of a publishing point registered to a
customer.

Globe Teck prohibits sharing of a publishing point registered to a
customer.
·
Violation of the Terms of Service will cause an immediate
disruption in service(s).
5. All Free
technical support are limited to Globe Teck product and services.
All third party software support and training is subjected to a $40 per hour
fee, minimum one hour. After the first hour you will be billed in increment $20
for each half hour.
6. A $20 registration fee on all new domains are required. The $20 fee will
be credited back to account owner at first month installment. The $20 deposit is
a non refundable fee for domain registration services provided by globeteck.com
